MEMBERSHIP FOR ASSOCITES
Mode: By registering your profile through our domain www.businessmatrimony.com or by the remittance of fees you become an associate of BusinessMatrimony.com.

For the convenience of all our associates businessmatrimony has two different types of associate schemes viz individual and corporate.

The services allowable to each category of associate are as below ;

1. Listing of your organisation on businessmatrimony for the purpose of rendering consultancy services to the members/ visitors on this website.

2. Referring members of your location for obtaining services from you as desirable by them .

3. Referring your profile to members located in your area for getting consultancy from you.

The benefits to an associate arising out of listing on this website shall be as under ;

1. An account in the name of each associate will be maintained by businessmtrimony.com

2. Whenever any user referred by an associate becomes member on our website , the said associate will be awarded referral bonus points as per the table given in Annexure hereto.

3. The referral bonus points will be credited to the account of associate maintained by businessmatrimony.com.

4. These bonus referral points can be redeemed by an associate in the following manner ;

 The scheme of referral bonus points , rewarding of bonus points , redeeming of bonus points are at the sole discretion of businessmatrimony.com and they and all the conditions of the website governing these options can be changed /modified/altered /removed by businessmatrimony.com on its own without any prior notice/information to anybody or anyone.

Membership of becoming an associate is not automatic: The right of admission vests with BUSINESSMATRIMONY.COM. You become an associate upon due acceptance of the Profile/Payment by BUSINESSMATRIMONY.COM.

Period of listing : You continue to be a member of BUSINESSMATRIMONY.COM till:

BusinessMatrimony.com discharges its obligations to you by the rendering of its services to you; or The termination of the membership of an associate by either BusinessMatrimony.com or you.

Paid Associates: Validity of your paid membership for associate is based on days (90, 180 or 270) and not based on months (3, 6 or 9).

Privity of Associates: Your Membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity.

Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any business offer advertised by any member. Our site does not vouch for or subscribe to the claims and representations made by members regarding particulars of status, experience , income of other members.

Kindly note that, your membership in BusinessMatrimony.com is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Online Conduct: You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photograph] you post or transmit through BusinessMatrimony.com's services. You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. No content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of BusinessMatrimony.com's competitors, including their contact details. You will not use either your online or offline membership as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails.

There are no options for becoming a free associate .

Your membership will automatically be suspended if you send "abusive, obscene or sexually oriented" message/s to other members.

BusinessMatrimony.com has the right to suspend your profile without any prior notice.

BusinessMatrimony.com reserves the right to edit/delete your photo/video if it's not a valid/clear/related one.

If we find duplicate profiles then we have rights to suspend any of the profile or all the profiles.

BusinessMatrimony.com reserves the right to modify your profile if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found, or in the case of your contact details being entered in irrelevant fields. BusinessMatrimony.com may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith. If any abusive content is found in your video clipping, BusinessMatrimony.com has the right to suspend your profile.

You will not post or transmit any content, information or trademarks without the prior consent of the person holding its proprietary or licensed rights. BusinessMatrimony.com will not in any way be responsible or answerable to any action brought by any person arising out of your acts as described above.

BusinessMatrimony.com reserves the right but is not obligated, to edit, delete, eclipse or withhold display of such content or information as it deems fit in the light of the rules prescribed above.

To enhance the security of its members, BusinessMatrimony has restricted copying and saving images and content from certain sections of the portal.

ROLE OF BusinessMatrimony.com
Provision of Service: BusinessMatrimony.com will provide the service[s] that are opted and paid for by the associate. In addition, the member may also make use of the other free services that are applicable to them.

Medium of Interchange of Information: Besides the provision of services, BusinessMatrimony.com acts as a platform for all its associates to list their names and services. It is to be distinctly understood that BusinessMatrimony.com will only provide contact details of the members within its service framework and will not be liable for the generating any work or services or income for the associates . BusinessMatrimony.com is not the agent of any member or associate and does not partake in the interchange or the results thereof. BusinessMatrimony.com will be a disinterested person in the event of disputes between or among the associate and members, though it may facilitate an amicable resolution of such disputes.

Right to form Consortium/Associates: While providing services, BusinessMatrimony.com may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you. However, your membership rights and responsibilities continue as against BusinessMatrimony.com only and not against such persons or organizations.
